Getting BIGGER!!!
28 weeks:
I know, I know... An ultrasound is an ultrasound. But for some reason when it's your little one it's just so precious! I think he's so cute...
Sucking his little thumb I know, I know... An ultrasound is an ultrasound. But for some reason when it's your little one it's just so precious! I think he's so cute...
4d mode.. Kinda crazy!
Seriously? How has this come so fast??? I can't believe we're already on the home stretch of this pregnancy. Things at our last appointment went pretty well. I'm not gonna lie- I think I might have gone in hoping (maybe even expecting) some sort of miracle. I thought almost for sure that Dr. Haskett was going to tell me that the previa was gone. Nope. But hey, at least he did say it's moved a little tiny bit! And I guess I should be grateful for that, because at our apt before this one he told us he'd never seen a placenta previa this complete move out of the way in time for delivery... He basically gave us no hope. But he said there's a slight chance now. Better than nothing. Also good news, still just on moderate bed rest. Or is that good news? At least I'm still not on full bed rest just yet. He said things in there really did look great though. Baby Trey now weighs almost 2 and 1/2 pounds, almost the size of a butternut squash! He definitely feels like he's bigger than that though. I've been starting to get super uncomfortable the last couple of weeks though. I'm thinking the next 12 weeks might not fly by as fast as the first 28 did. So far I'd say my biggest complaints are the never ending potty trips and the aching back slash tail bone. And aren't I supposed to be getting as much sleep as I can right now? I really have LOVED every second of being prego. Okay maybe the first few weeks were a little rough with the nausea, but I think I've been pretty lucky. But now I feel like I'm starting to understand why they say housing a baby isn't an easy job though. Anyway, we're so excited to get our little man here. Although we really do hope he'll wait til at least the beginning of August! In the last couple weeks we've got his nursery painted and the crib (from G-pa and G-ma Behunin) put up. It's so fun! I'm sure I'll post some pics of his little room once we get it more organized. Now we're off to good ol Idaho Falls to do some fishin with the Behunin crew for Memorial Day. SO FUN!
