Christmas's

Maybe next year they'll be friends?
This was T on our way to the annual family Christmas party, in PC this year.
We are a very lucky bunch.  Every year we practically get to have 2 Christmas's!  This year it was our year to be with my family for Christmas Eve and Christmas, so we did that.  And then went up to Idaho that next weekend for round two with Kell's side of the fam.  They are so sweet and hold off Christmas until we all get up there!  It's awesome!
Christmas Morning at the Lauro house.  I love this little family of mine.
So for my family's Christmas we of course started out the evening with a delish din at Tepanyaki.  It's been a tradition forever to go to Beni Hana's, but since we had the two little babies, we thought we'd do something similar that was lots closer to home.  We weren't disappointed, it was so yummy!  Then of course we all went back to my mama's to open our Christmas Eve presents.  Matching jammies as always!  Then we got the babies down and it was party time.  We had a huge "Minute to Win-it" competition and it was HILARIOUS.  I freaking love my family and how competitive we all are.  It makes for some pretty fun game nights.  Then we played a battle of the sexes game after that, got Christmas stuff ready for the babies, and went to bed!  We woke up at about 7, Treagan was not about to sleep in on Christmas morning.  We did our stockings and saw what Santa had brought, then had our traditional scones and egg casserole breakfast, and then spent hours opening presents!  It was seriously so much fun.  I love that my family still does a lot of the traditions we did when we were little.  And I'm so excited to do a lot of them with our own little family.  Treagan was so much fun for Christmas this year, in spite of being sick.  We had a great time and are just so blessed to be in such a wonderful family.
Daddy had to work Chrismas Eve so it was just me and Tay

This is the little rocking horse he got from them!  So cute!
We keep it at Grammy's so both he and Canno can play on it.
Visiting Gpa and Debbie
Then, like I said, that weekend we took off for our Christmas in Ideeho!  We had so much fun up there.  We ate like we'd been starving for weeks, and as always, were very spoiled by The Ideeho Santa.  Kell's parents do so much for us and treat us like we are staying at a hotel when we are there.  It's so nice and relaxing and it was so fun to spend some time with T's cute cousins.  Once again, we are so lucky to be part of this amazing family, and can't wait til we get to see them all again!
This was just before we took off for Idaho....
Opening our yummy treats from Grammy and Grampy B!
Every year they send us a huge box full of home made
treats.  We love it!  Treagan loved the sugar cookies.
Let's see. . . What else is in here!!!
We also opened this one present before we left for Idaho so
Treagan wasn't too overwhelmed with all his presents to pay any attention to it!
He is obsessed with cars.

awesome presents we can't wait to get home and play with all of them!
So as you can see, we are a very blessed little family.  Thankful for all of the new and fun memories, and are so excited for this upcoming New Year!  We know it's gonna be a good one, especially with the addition of sweet little Colston.  Yay for 2013!  Oh yeah, and when we got home I finally took T to get his first real haircut.  He hated it SO bad, but looks so dang handsome so it was worth it!  Here's the before and after pics. . .
My little rag muffin.
Now looking sharp as ever!  Notice his red, teary eyes!  SO SAD!
This is what Treagan chose to spend his Christmas money from Gpa and Gma B on.
A GIANT Mickey Mouse that he is absolutely in love with!  Thank you!!!

Dear Colston...

Dear Baby Boy Number 2. . .

The house is clean.  Your big brother is napping.  And I am sitting here enjoying your little kicks inside my belly, with nothing that needs to be done, so I decided I'd write you a letter.  I've been thinking about you a lot lately, especially as we hit the halfway mark about a month ago.  This pregnancy is flying by and although part of me can't wait to meet you and to love on you, the other part of me is so super nervous!  Sometimes I wonder what in the world I was thinking when I thought I could handle two babies.  Treagan has suddenly become quite the handful lately and has got me second guessing my adequacy for handling two of you!  So I guess I'm just asking a little favor.  A mama-to-son favor.  Do you think you could be an extra sweet baby when you get here?  Treagan definitely showed no mercy on your daddy and I as new parents.  He broke us in real quick with his poor little tummy hurting all the time!  But I was hoping that maybe we could not have colic or reflux.  Eh?  That way you can be a happy baby boy and just give Mommy a little confidence as a young mama.  Well either way, grumpy or happy baby, know that we will love you.  We already do.  Just like we did with your big brother, we talk about our hopes and dreams for you, what you might look like and be like, and who you're going to become.  We want nothing but happiness for you while you are here on this Earth, and hope you'll always know of our never-ending love for you.  I know you and Treagan will become the bestest of little buddies and that's why I am so excited to have two cute little boys so close in age.  I hope you will both be good examples to one another and that you'll always be able to talk to each other and also to Daddy and me.  Colston, our little family loves you so much already!  Even though Trey is too little to fully understand that he's got a baby brother coming in a few months and his whole world is about to change, he loves you.  He always says 'baby' and kisses my belly and then he will say 'Cole.'  Daddy loves you.  You move the most when he's around and when he puts his hand on my belly to feel for you.  Holly of course loves you.  She loves babies that will just lay there and not pounce on her or pull her tail like T does.  I, of course, love you more than you'll ever know.  I'll definitely do my very best to be the greatest mommy in the world for you!  "I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always, as long as I'm living, my baby you'll be!"  We can't wait for you to get here, and pray every single day that you will continue to grow into a perfect and healthy little guy!  Keep doin what your doin little boy, you've done great so far!  We love you and can't wait for you to join us.  Until then, say hi to all of our sweet family and friends you are hanging out with up there.  See you soon.

Love, Mom
Gosh you are just the cutest little peanut!
