Wish we could say, "HOW BOUT THEM COWBOYS!"

Well the football season is in full swing and I guess ya know what that means... Nice knowin ya Kelly, see ya after the superbowl! Partially kidding... Pretty sure we've learned how to love and embrace football together. We spent the weekend in Dallas for our annual trip to see our Cowboys. It was such a fun trip and in fact, we are trying to figure out how and when we could ever move there... that's how awesome it was. Our Texas friends, the Dowdles, are so great. They let us stay in their home each year, along with Sherrs too. They have the cutest little twins I've ever seen. I think I read "Pinkalicious" to Clara 100 times in 3 days, and put little Carter up in the air on my feet and yelled "To infinity and beyond!!" just as many times. I don't think two little faces have ever made me happier though. I'm not gonna lie... I was actually super sad when they had to get put down for their naps. Love them. So anyway, our reason for goin down south was to hit the Monday night Cowboys/Giants game. And we did. And I'm not sure Kelly even wants me to talk about it. The Cowboys this year are just painful for us. And having Romo break his collarbone is not going to help the situation one bit. But despite the loss, we had a blast this last weekend! We'll miss Popcorn Papas, hittin up QT and our Rooster Boosters, Springcreek BBQ, seeing Cowboy attire everywhere, the Dowdle fam, hangin with Sherry, eating like we're starving all the time, tailgating, and I will miss being within 100 yards of Miles Austin! But going home to our little Holly Jo makes leaving not quite as depressing. Oh she's so cute! She cried when she saw us. Thanks to Penny and Jared and my mama for always being so willing to watch her for us! Go Cowboys.

I think somebody missed Daddy...
